Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Lead

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Work Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Title:

Overview: We are looking for someone to oversee the installation of hardware onto metal parts using a Haeger machine for PEM insertion. The role involves managing a team, ensuring quality, and following blueprints to make sure parts are properly assembled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to install hardware according to blueprints and work orders.
  • Use hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches to install components.
  • Operate and set up Haeger machines for PEM insertion.
  • Check quality to make sure hardware is securely installed.
  • Work with the inspection team to verify the first piece meets standards.
  • Train and support team members.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware installation or related work.
  • Experience with Haeger machines or similar equipment preferred.
  • Good at reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift small parts (up to 25 lbs).
